About us
ISTRIAN CRAFTERS was founded in 2023 with the idea of developing craft drinks in the alcoholic and especially non-alcoholic sector. Production is located in Rijeka, which is especially important because of the excellent quality of the water as the basic ingredient of all of our products.
We are producers of first Croatian craft cola - Monada, made with mountain juniper and bio cardamom, as well as one of the newest concepts on the Croatian market, craft sodas - a light and refreshing carbonated vegan drink based on fruit purées, with just 16 calories and 3.5 g of sugar per 100 ml.
Craft beers under Big Joseph brand are light lagers, unfiltered and unpasteurised, rich in flavor, low in bitterness and alcohol. We offer light, amber and dark beer in czech, german and american style.
Our products are microbiologically tested by an independent laboratory to ensure safe consumption of our drinks.
